1. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is anytime before 20:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
2. How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation by booking online through our website, calling our reservation hotline, or visiting us in person.
3. Do you accept credit cards?
No. We only receive cash.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the arrival date will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged for the first night’s stay.
5. Can I bring pets with me?
Pets are not allowed on the premises, except for service animals with proper documentation.
6. Do you have a noise policy?
Yes, we request that guests be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
